Day 1 - 3

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN AT PENINSULA Day 1

Airport greeting with Philippine Department of Tourism and Rajah Tours.
Check in at Peninsula Manila. Free time.
Welcome dinner at Metiz.

AYALA & MALACANANG MUSEUMS DAY 2

Visit Ayala Museum for the magnificent pre-colonial gold collection.
Lunch at Cabel (Southern Mindanao cuisine).
visit Malacanang Museum.
Head back to hotel. Freee time.
Dinner at Test Kitchen by Josh Boutwood.

HELICOPTER TO BANAuE & PAMPANGA DAY 3

Helicopter aerial tour of the renowned Banaue Rice Terraces - 8th wonder of the world.
Visit Mount Data Hotel & local farmers.
Lunch at Bale with Chef Claude Tayag - a forest home in the heart of the country’s culinary capital, Pampanga.
Visit Betis, Pampanga for furniture manufacturing.
Dinner at the former control tower of one of the country’s first airports, now Blackbird restaurant.

Day 4 - 6

COUNTRYSIDE TOUR Day 4

Flight from Manila to Bohol.
See Chocolate Hills, Tarsier Sanctuary, Baclayon Church.
Loboc River Lunch Cruise.
Dinner at Amarela Resort and view the owner’s private art gallery featuring artwork by Bohol artists.

INDIGENOUS UBE, SALT, CHOCOLATE & WEAVING DAY 5

Visit Tan Inong Asinan to learn about the centuries-old salt making process and meet the heroes.
Lunch at Green Thumb Farm. Tour of the farm with ube farmers.
Visit Tubigon Loom Weavers Multi-Purpose Cooperative and meet the talented women loom weavers who use raffia, a variety of the palm tree abundant in Bohol.
Dinner at the resort.

DAY 6

Depart to flight to Manila.
Connect to Amanpulo’s private hangar.

Check in at Amanpulo.

RETURN TO MANILA Day 9 & 10
